The Rear Panel
The rear panel contains the phone connectors, one WAN, four LAN connectors and the input DC
power connector, as shown in the following figure. The PSTN socket on the left is designed to
provide a public telephone network connection.
CAUTION Nev er connect the Phone1 and Phone2 connectors to the public telephone
outlet, or to each other.
Before You Install
Before you begin to install your Access 241 VoIP Gateway, make sure that the temperature and
humidity of the operating environment are kept within the following limits:
Ambient temperature:
0°C - 45°C (32°F - 113°C)
Humidity:
10% - 90% non-condensing
