TDS3000, TDS3000B, and TDS3000C Series Programmer Manual

NOTE

. The oscilloscope generates a hard copy only on the first violation that

causes the pass/fail test to fail. To generate a hard copy file for every violation
occurrence, set MASK:TESt:REPeat to ON and set MASK:TESt:WAVEform to 1.
Use this technique only when the expected number of violations is small and the
violation occurs intermittently.

turns off generate hard copy on failure.

ON

turns on generate hard copy on failure.

is an integer number where NR1 = 0 turns off generate hard copy on

failure, and NR1

turns on generate hard copy on failure.

MASK:TESt:REPeat

(Requires TDS3TMT)

Sets or returns the repeat pass/fail test on completion mode. When enabled, this
command repeats the pass/fail test cycle at the completion of the previous test
cycle.
