The speci

cations in Tables 1 through 5 are valid under the following conditions:
The probe has been calibrated at an ambient temperature of 23 °C ±5 °C.
The probe is connected to a host instrument with an input impedance of 1 M
Ω
. The TCP0020 probe speci
fi
cations are also
valid on host instruments with an input impedance of 50
Ω
.
The probe must have a warm-up period of at least 20 minutes and be in an environment that does not exceed the limits
described. (See Table 1).
The probe has been degaussed successfully.
Speci

cations for the TCP0020 & TCP2020 current probes fall into three categories: warranted, typical, and nominal characteristics.

Warranted characteristics describe guaranteed performance within tolerance limits or certain type-tested requirements. Warranted
