Verification and Adjustment Procedures-318/338 Service

TEST 6 - SERIAL STATE ANALYZER (338S1)

Equipment Required

1 Serial Data Generator

1.

Set POWER switch to ON.

2.

Set major mode to SERIAL and press the EXECUTE key.

3.

Select the SETUP MENU and set the baud rate to 2400.

4.

Select the Threshold menu and set DATA and EXT CLK Threshold to 0.00 V.

5.

Allow 15 minutes for the 338 to stabilize.

6.

Connect test setup as shown in Figure 5-65.
