The machine is manufactured in conformity with the corresponding and current EU Directives.
This manual, which includes also the instructions for use, does not replace the individual national
legislation as, for example, the Machinery Directive.
The machine is designed to wash the tires and the undercarriage of wheeled vehicles with the
following requirements:
•
Self-propelled wheeled civil vehicle, NOT exceptional convoy
•
Fully closed cab (closed windows)
•
Minimum height from ground: 30 cm
•
Maximum width of vehicle and load: 2.5 mt
•
Maximum load per axle: 12 ton
•
Maximum load on two contiguous axles with distance greater than 1 mt and lower than 1,3
mt: 1,3: 16 ton
•
Maximum load on the whole structure: 70 ton evenly distributed
•
Absence of parts that could be damaged by water
•
Absence of parts that could be (even partially) damaged by small solid particles in the
washing flow
Transit of the following categories into the machine is strictly forbidden:
•
People
•
Animals
•
Cars
•
Cabriolet vehicles
•
Exceptional vehicles
•
Tracked vehicles
•
Vehicles with less than four wheels
