
4 Maintenance
1 State of maintenance
Operations of maintenance have to be done only if the machine complies with the conditions
described in the section “STATE OF THE MACHINE” in
Tab. 4-6.1
of Programmed Maintenance.
2 Machine insulation
Before any type of Maintenance or Repairing, it is mandatory to insulate the machine from the
electric grid and from water supply line.
3 Cautions
For any maintenance operation, we advise the following:
•
Before starting, put the sign “MACHINE UNDER MAINTENANCE” in a visible position
•
Don't use solvents and flammable material
•
Pay attention to dispose carefully potentially pollutant liquids
•
Use the proper tools and PPE to access the machine, including but not limiting to gloves,
non slip shoes, proper clothing, protective helmet, face screen or protective glasses.
•
Don't enter or climb on the parts of the machine, they are not suitable for supporting people
•
At the end of the operations, renovate and correctly fix all the removed or opened
protections
The manufacturer is not responsible for the non-compliance of the listed cautions and for any
other use that is not mentioned in such indications.
4 Cleaning
Insulate the machine first (see paragraph 2.).
Remove any stone, large or filamentous material and foreign body from the working area and from
the tanks.
Clean regularly (at least once a week) all components and the surrounding working area.
