7 Basic troubleshooting

For any defect or malfunction not described in this Manual, please contact the Manufacturer or the
authorized network.

Evidence and causes

Action

Absence of function and signals:
No power supply
Fuses
Emergency push button engaged
Thermal protection activated

Verify connections voltage
Replace. If down again, contact the assistance
Rotate it to disengage
Wait 30 minutes then replace and retry

Pumps / mud extractor wrong direction of
rotation

DANGER: Control panel tampered.
Contact the assistance network

Wrong phases sequence signal ON

Replace the correct phases sequence on the
power source only.

Missing activation of the cycle:
Pumps disconnected
Low water level
Wrong sensor orientation or connection
“Manual cycle” push button break down
Thermal protections activated

Replace the correct connections
Refill the fluids
Reset the correct orientation
Contact the assistance network
Contact the assistance network

Incorrect function:
Wrong timing set up
Mud extractor blocked by objects
Seized chain (incorrect maintenance)
Chain blocked by reverse use
Pumps malfunction
