1453 007 Bearing (inside
roller)
Remove Guide 5 and Guide 2
located on top of unit. Manually
lower the boom by turning the
pulley.
Make sure to prevent a
free fall of the boom.
Remove
boom drive pulley (refer to following
section on this).
Position drum with flat pointing
towards roller.
Remove boom guides (refer to
following section), sensor PS01
(upper part) and sensor PS03.
Remove springs at roller ends and
remove retaining ring (picture) with
a twisting motion of a screwdriver.
Slide roller assembly towards the
right side plate (where the retaining
ring was removed) and take out the
roller assembly (downwards).
