PROBLEM and SOLUTIONS
In case the antenna can not lock the satellite properly:
The Antenna point correctly the satellite,
beepbox sound the 5 fast beeps after
fine tuning, image and audio are
available on the TV but the antenna
move to the next satellite. Double check the SCART-SCART-RCA
connection between Set top box and
Beppbox. See the connection example in the
manual.
Switching on the Set Top Box the
antenna does not start the search
process. Some receiver require more than 30 seconds
to power up the LNB. If after this time the
antenna does not start the serach process
double check if the coaxial cable is properly
connected to the right input of the Set Top
Box.
If the problem does not disappear, probably
the coaxial cable was
broken
during the
installation. Check the
paragraph related to the
installation process
Antenna perform the search process,
stop on the satellite but the channel is
not visible on the TV Double Check the connection between STB
and TV.
Double check if the channel on the STB is
properly programmed
Sometime the STB get blocked and needs to
be switched off and on.
