TM Palletizing Operator User’s Manual 

Product Version: 1.1  Document Version: 1.2

2) 

Make the dual inputs open and close again. At this time, the robot will power on again. 

The Indication Light Ring will be in light blue indicating the Safe Start up mode. 

3) 

Press the reset button when the button light is on. 

4) 

Press the Stop button on the robot stick or the reach pendant for about three seconds. 

The robot will calibrate in the start-up process and return to the previous operating 

mode. 

 

Error Messages 

1. 

 

Working pallet disappear cause pause

 

Situation

: The pallet sensor did not detect the 

working pallet normally.   

Reset Procedure

: Make sure the sensor detect 

the working pallet normally, then press 

Start

 to 

continue. 

2. 

 

Layer Protection! Please remove Right/Left side 

pallet box cause PAUSE

 

Situation

: The project paused to prevent the 

robot from crashing into the opposite working 

pallet boxes. 

Reset Procedure

: Clear the full state of the 

pallet and press 

Start

 to continue. 

3. 

 

No box detected on gripper, cause PAUSE

 

Situation

: The robot detects abnormal air 

pressure on the tool when grapping the box. 

Reset Procedure

: Check the state of the box 

dropping and stop the project. Then restart the 

project when it is ready. 

4. 

 

Air source pressure too low! cause PAUSE

 

Situation

: Air pressure is abnormal. 

Reset Procedure

: Check incoming air pressure 

value. Then press 

Start

 to continue.

 

5. 

 

Grab fail cause pause! Resume after checking

 

Situation

: The robot failed to grab the box on the 

conveyor. 

Reset Procedure

: Check the sensor signal on 

the conveyor. Then press 

Start

 to continue.

 

6. 

 

Project initial with box on tool, cause pause

 

Situation

: The project starts with the box on the 

robot tool. The user has to remove the box on 

the gripper. 

Reset Procedure

: 

 

Press 

Stop

 to stop the project. 

 

Remove the box from the gripper.
