In this submode, the list of Credit Card Nos to be rejected in the REG mode is programmed. This programming
is available only when the expansion memory is installed.

NOTES:

1. A maximum of 3,000 Card Nos can be programmed in the file (the maximum capacity varies

depending on the RAM allocation).

2. Each of Error Status Codes 1 to 9 should be assigned to the reason why the Card cannot be

accepted by each store. (For example, Code 1 indicates that the valid date of the card has
expired, Code 2 for too much balance remaining, etc.).

3. When a Card No. contained in the Negative Check file is entered through the [CARD CHK] key

in the REG mode, an message programmed (Standard Program is “CALL MANAGER”) and the
Status Code (1 to 9 programmed for the Card No. in this submode) are displayed.
