10.3 Supported media

An actual list of media recommended by TEAC can be found at TEACs
web site under www.teac.de/support. Please select the menu "CD-
Medias".

T

The drive does not support CD-R media for more than 80 minutes.

T

When a Zone CLV write is performed, concentric patterns may
appear on the recorded surface due to the change of writing speed
depending on the media used.

Even when using media of which write operation has
been confirmed, normal write operation may not be
performed due to variations of the product lot etc., or a
read using other CD-ROM drives or CD players cannot
be performed due to the deterioration of the write qual-
ity of the CD-R/RW media. It is recommended that you
check the contents of data after writing to a CD-R/RW
media.
