9. Maintenance

PROBLEM

CAUSES

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

The equipment

does not lift the

load.

Tractor pump is set to less

than 190 bar.

Adjust the pump or change for a more

potent pump.

Pump output rate is low.

Increase the output rate by adjusting

the valve on the tractor.

Weight excess.

Decrease the load to be lifted.

Strange object stopping the

movements.

Check and remove it.

Lack of oil on the tractor.

Check the hydraulic oil on the tractor.

Cylinder is not

moving.

Hoses inverted connected on

the tractor command.

Adjust the hoses.

Hoses are disconnected.

Connect them.

Damaged hoses.

Replace the hoses.

Hydraulic cylinder leaking.

Replace it.

Clogged hose adapters.

Clean them.

Tractor front tilting

up.

Lack of weight on the front.

Add weights.
