Ways to start the harrowing
Regardless of the format and size of the field, the harrowing is made basically in two
ways: from outside to inside or from inside to outside.
• Note that the harrowed soil is always on the left hand side of the
operator.
• Being the disc gangs lowered, only maneuver to the left hand side.
• Try to make a good finishing between passes. Avoid the formation
of windrows or untilled strips.
