There  are  two  pump  drive  shaft  locations,  as  shown  in  Figure  2  and  Figure  3.  When  side-

mounted, left-hand as viewed from the pump cover (Figure 3), rotation may be reversed for 

up or down vertical flows. See also Figure 24 and Figure 25.  

The mounting position may be easily reconfigured by changing the location of the mounting 

feet. The breather plug must be moved to the uppermost port and the level indicator should 

be in the lowest, side port in the gear cover.
