Tirare delicatamente verso l'alto per

rimuovere la carta adesiva posteriore .

Preparare l'inseritore: posizionare le dita

sugli incavi in linea . Premere gli incavi in

linea su ciascun lato . Tirare la molla verso

l'alto finché non scatta ("clic").

11 .

Rimuovere con attenzione la protezione

dell'ago ruotandola delicatamente e

tirandola verso l'alto.

ATTENZIONE

: prima di posizionare

AutoSoft 90 sul sito di infusione pulito,

inserire il tubo nello slot controllato

che non rimanga intrappolato sotto al

dispositivo durante l'inserimento.

12 .

Come inserire AutoSoft 90: posizionare

AutoSoft 90 sopra al sito di inserimento.

Premere contemporaneamente gli incavi

rotondi su ciascun lato del dispositivo di

inserimento per inserire AutoSoft 90.

13 . Premere delicatamente al centro

dell'inseritore per fissare l'adesivo alla

pelle .

14 .

Rimuovere l'inseritore/ago introduttore

afferrandolo delicatamente al centro

e spingendolo piano all'indietro.

Massaggiare il nastro per un migliore

contatto con la pelle. Riempire lo spazio

vuoto nella cannula con la seguente

quantità di insulina:

INSULINA U-100:

6 mm: 0,3 unità (0,003 ml)

9 mm: 0,5 unità (0,005 ml)

15 . Premere il coperchio di nuovo in

posizione finché non scatta ("clic”)

DISCONNESSIONE

i .

AutoSoft 90 consente di scollegare

temporaneamente la pompa senza dover

sostituire il set di infusione. Mantenere in

posizione l'adesivo appoggiando un dito

di fronte all'alloggiamento della cannula e

premere delicatamente i lati di AutoSoft

90. Estrarre l'ago connettore in linea retta

dall'alloggiamento della cannula.

ii . Inserire la copertura per disconnessione

sull'alloggiamento della cannula finché non

scatta in posizione (“clic”).

RICOLLEGAMENTO

iii .

Riempire il set di infusione finché il farmaco

non viene erogato dall'ago.

ATTENZIONE: quando si riempie il set di
infusione, tenere AutoSoft 90 con l'ago rivolto
verso il basso.

iv .

Posizionare un dito sul nastro adesivo

proprio di fronte all'alloggiamento della

cannula .

v .

Premere l'ago connettore in linea retta

finché non scatta in posizione ("clic”).

Preparazione e

inserimento

Leggere attentamente le istruzioni per l'uso

prima di utilizzare il set di infusione AutoSoft

90. Per informazioni sulla terapia con la pompa,

possibili errori, potenziali rischi e relative cause,

consultare le istruzioni per l'uso del produttore

della pompa prima di collegare AutoSoft 90.

Quando si utilizza AutoSoft 90, attenersi alle

procedure di igiene appropriate. Vedere le

illustrazioni corrispondenti alle pagine 84-86.

Scollegare il coperchio (vedere figura ii)

ISTRUZIONI

1 .

Lavarsi le mani prima di inserire

AutoSoft 90.

2 .

Aree di inserimento consigliate . Non

utilizzare un'area adiacente al precedente

sito di inserimento .

3 .

Pulire l'area di inserimento con un

disinfettante secondo le istruzioni del

professionista sanitario. Assicurarsi

che l'area sia asciutta prima di inserire

AutoSoft 90.

4 .

Tirare il nastro rosso per rimuovere il

sigillo .

5 .

Rimuovere la carta sterile .

6 .

Premere saldamente i tre punti in rilevo

su ciascun lato del coperchio con una

mano e sollevare con l'altra mano.

ATTENZIONE

: non piegare o toccare

l'ago introduttore di AutoSoft 90 quando

si preparano l'inseritore e il set di

infusione.

NOTA IMPORTANTE

: se il set di

infusione non è posizionato saldamente

nel dispositivo di inserimento, con

l'ago che punta in avanti prima

dell'inserimento, si può provocare dolore

o una piccola lesione. Per evitarlo,

assicurarsi di procedere con attenzione

nelle fasi seguenti in modo che il set di

infusione non si allenti o venga rimosso

accidentalmente .

7 .

Srotolare il tubo: ruotare con attenzione

la parte iniziale del tubo estraendola

dallo slot . Tirare delicatamente verso

alto . Ora srotolare il tubo dal dispositivo

di inserimento tirandolo con attenzione

verso l'alto.

ATTENZIONE

: non toccare l'ago

introduttore di AutoSoft 90 quando

si srotola il tubo . Non tirare con

forza eccessiva quando il tubo è

completamente rilasciato . Si potrebbe

rimuovere accidentalmente il set di

infusione dall'ago introduttore.

8 .

Collegare AutoSoft 90 ad un serbatoio o

una cartuccia e alla pompa . Riempire il

set di infusione. Assicurarsi che nel tubo

o in AutoSoft 90 non siano presenti bolle

d'aria.

ATTENZIONE

: quando si riempie il set di

infusione, tenere AutoSoft 90 con l'ago

rivolto verso il basso per assicurarsi che il

farmaco non entri in contatto con la carta

adesiva posteriore .
