5. Adjustment (anemometer)
5.1 AML set up
Setup the option in AML adjustment mode.
1. Select "Option Select" in the adjustment main menu, then press the < > key to display the option selection
screen. And press the < > key (backward) and the < > key (forward) to move the selected item
(highlighted) to “Anemometer”.
2. The current setting status “Out” is displayed. Press the < > key (-) or the < > key (+) to change "Out" into
"In". Then press the < > key to register the setting, and go back to the adjustment main menu.
3. To terminate the adjustment mode, press the < > key while the adjustment main menu is being displayed.
(Note): In detail, refer to "Chapter D Adjustment Mode" in the separate service manual (AML-C).
5.2 Confirmation of anemometer
1. After having done setup the option in AML, select the anemometer in the preset menu, and set the alarm
threshold in 1.0 m/s.
2. Return to the crane operation status, and push the < > key to display the anemometer.
3. Turn the anemometer by hand, confirm that the wind speed indication changes, and the AML built-in buzzer
sounds, and the error of "W0097" is displayed on the AML display.
4. By the preset menu, set the alarm threshold in 9.0 m/s again.
