10.10.5 PIA mode (Process indipendent activation)

PIA mode is recommended used if the prosesses stops due to failures etc.
PIA mode displays all individual functions. The desired function is chosen
by the joy-stick and activated by OK. The system will automatically move
to the next function as soon as the prosess in finished.
10.10.5.1 Table to loading position
Moves the table forwards until set loading angle is reached.
10.10.5.2 Loading arm closing
Moves the loading arm inwards until sensor is detected and set
press time is reached.
10.10.5.3 Loading
Moves the table backwards until set wrapping angle is reached.
10.10.5.4 Loading arm opening
Moves the loading arm outwards until sensor is detected and set
press time is reached.
10.10.5.5 Wrapping
Starts and runs the wrapping process until set revolutions is
reached, opens the film cutter and stops the satellite in the cutting
position.
10.10.5.6 Film cutter down
Moves satellite to cutting position, film cutter is then closed by
moving it till sensor is detected and set press time is reached.
10.10.5.7 Unloading
Moves the table backwards until set unloading angle and the
given time for holding position is reached.
