Operation:
Set Middle Function (first line) to mode 0, "Manual Center" will show in the top left corner of the
screen.
Set the Middle Function (second line) to mode 1, the Manual 3Pts Center page (Fig. A) will show up.
Move the detector or tool to any point on the circumference of round workpiece (point P1 in Fig. C)
Press "Set P1", the system will fill the current X and Y axis machine coordinate into the "Px1" and
"Py1" columns on the screen.
Move the detector or tool to any point (not the same point as P1) on the circumference of round
workpiece (point P2 in Fig. C)
Press "Set P2", the system will fill the current X and Y axis machine coordinate into the "Px2" and
"Py2" columns on the screen.
Move the detector or tool to any point (not the same point as P1 or P2) on the circumference of round
workpiece (point P3 in Fig. C)
Press "Set P3", the system will fill the current X and Y axis machine coordinate into the "Px3" and
"Py3" columns on the screen.
After finished the setting of 3 points on circumference, press "Calculate Center Coordinate". The
system will calculate the machine coordinate of center and also the radius, the results will be shown
in the "Pxm", "Pym" and "R" columns.
For "Auxiliary Coordinate" in the bottom right corner, the X, Y coordinate will now be the value of
"Pxm" and "Pym".
If the settings are wrong or the 3 points are repeated, the alarm will be triggered.
Move the cursor to "Workpiece Coordinate P" and input the assigned workpiece coordinate number,
press F5 "Auto Set Aux. Coord," (Valid version

System confirmation window will show up [Apply Aux. Coord. to the assigned workpiece
