Able to enter the current relative coordinate with "Apply Rel. Coord."
Able to enter the current auxiliary coordinate with "Apply Aux. Coord."
Press "Apply Mach. Coord. Inc." after entered the increasing value, the system will add the entered
value to machine coordinate and fill in to workpiece coordinate automatically.
Press "Inc. Input" after entered the increasing value, the system will add the entered value to
workpiece coordinate automatically.
3.3.2 Middle Func.
Function:
Middle function is used to find the middle point of the workpiece for users to set the center of workpiece as
the starting point of machining. Thus, the function requires to reach and contact the workpiece edge with
detector or tool for the coordinate of workpiece edge, the controller will then automatically calculate the
middle point. Users can later set the obtained middle point coordinate to the corresponding workpiece
coordinate (G54~G59.9) as the starting point of machining program. Please notice that the auto middle
function can only be applied when there is an auto tool presetting and measuring machine.
Operation:
In 8-key system, user can enter the function by pressing F3 Offset/Setting
→ F1 Workpeice Coord. → F5

Operation
Set Middle Function (first line) to mode 0, "Manual Center" will show in the top left corner of the
screen.
Set the Middle Function (second line) to mode 0, the Manual 4Pts Center page (Fig. A) will show up.
