Connecting the base station
Caution: Position the base station or charging station at least 1
m away from other electronic devices, otherwise there is a risk of
mutual disturbance.
Connect the base station as illustrated in the diagram. For reasons of
safety, only use the power adapter plug and telephone connection line
supplied.
Ensure you connect the larger power adapter plug to the base
station, otherwise the answering machine will not work properly.

Connect the charging station as illustrated in the diagram.
For safety reasons, only use the power adapter plug supplied.

Inserting the batteries
Insert the batteries in the open
battery compartment. Only
use batteries of the type AAA
Ni−MH 1.2V. Pay attention to
correct polarity. Close the bat-
tery compartment cover.
