• Move the unit to the installationsite.
• Put a spirit level onthe spin chuck
• Level the unit until it rests plain. Turn the chuck
in various positions.
• Make the necessary connections.
• check again for stability.
• Remove the spirit level.
3.3.4 Connection Media Supply and
Media Disposal
Look for connection values in chapter 2 Technical
Data.
Danger!
Prior to connecting the media check the
system’s disconnection of the power
supply.
Danger!
When making media connections, any
danger for operating staff has to be ex-
cluded, especially when using hazardous
chemicals.
Warning!
To assure safe and not dangerous opera-
tion of the system don't exceed maximum
values
.
3.3.5 Connecting to Power Supply
All cables and wires are equipped eith unmistacable
connections. The plugs and sockets are labelled.
Danger!
Each installation and operation work at
electrical equipment must be done by
qualified personnel.
The valid national instructions (e.g. VDE)
have to be followed. Prior all work check
the system‘s disconnection of the power
supply.
Danger!
Connect the mains cable at last (after all
connections) to the house power supply.
Danger!
An Emergency Stop button is required.
Look for the connections values in the
electronics drawings. Without Emergency
Stop button operating the system isn‘t al-
lowed. In case of emergency the Emer-
gency Stop button must be within easy
reach (distance nearer than 400 mm to
system).
You can use an Emergency Stop sup-
porting socket.
• Check the position of the mains switch in <0/
OFF>.
• Check the supply voltage 110/220 V.
