Chapter 1: Introduction

PCI Expansion Slots

Each node offers one PCI-E 3.0 x16 low-profile slot.

Onboard Controllers

Each serverboard includes:

over LAN and KVM-over-LAN support. Nuvoton WPCM450 BMC

For 6027PR-HC1TR, Intel X540 dual port 10GBase-T

Virtual Machine Device Queues reduce I/O overhead; support 10BASE-T, 100BASE-
TX, and 1000BASE-T, RJ45 output.
Also, all models support one Realtek RTL8201N PHY dedicated to IPMI.

For each node, I/O ports include two Ethernet LAN ports, one dedicated IPMI LAN

The 6027PR-HC1FR server includes a quad data rate speed InfiniBand

QSFP

connector. InfiniBand is a scalable serial communications link intended for
connecting processors with high-speed peripherals.

Other Features

Other onboard features that promote system health include onboard voltage
monitors, a chassis intrusion header, auto-switching voltage regulators, chassis and
CPU overheat sensors, virus protection, node manager software and BIOS rescue.
