ERVER 5015B-T User's Manual

Checking the Airﬂ ow

Airﬂ ow is provided by two 10-cm input fans. The system component layout

was carefully designed to promote sufﬁ cient airﬂ ow through the small 1U

rackmount space.

Also note that all power and data cables have been routed in such a way that

they do not block the airﬂ ow generated by the fans.

Providing Power

Plug the power cord from the power supply unit into a high-quality power strip

that offers protection from electrical noise and power surges. It is recommend-

ed that you use an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

Depress the power on button on the front of the chassis.
