Ethernet Ports

Two Ethernet ports (LAN1, LAN2) are
located on the I/O backplane on the
serverboard. These LAN ports support
10G LAN. These ports accept RJ45 type
cables. Please refer to the LED Indicator
Section for LAN LED information.

Chassis Intrusion

A Chassis Intrusion header is located
at JL1 on the serverboard. Attach an
appropriate cable from the chassis to
inform you of a chassis intrusion when
the chassis is opened.

This serverboard has eight fan headers
for CPU/system use. All these 4-pin fans
headers are backward compatible with
the traditional 3-pin fans. However, fan
speed control is only available for 4-pin
fans via IPMI thermal management. See
