a. In the main menu (as shown in the first screen on Page C-7), use the

up and down arrow keys to highlight the item-Low Level Format as

shown in the following screen:

b. Once the above menu appears, follow the instructions given to

complete the process of Resolving Conflicts. Once this process is

completed, press the <Esc> key to return the main menu (as shown in the

first screen on Page C-3).

b. When the above screen appears, press the <Enter> key to select this
