Hold the the heatsink as shown in the illustration above. Gently wiggle the

heatsink to loosen it from the CPU. Do not use excessive force when remov-
ing the heatsink!

Carefully lift the heatsink from the CPU socket.

Clean the surface of the CPU and the heatsink to remove the thermal grease.

Reapply thermal grease before re-installing.
