TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Power Vent System
NOTE: Service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency, or your gas supplier.
BEFORE TROUBLESHOOTING THE UNIT:
1. Confirm there is power to the unit (fireplace).
2. Confirm there is gas to the unit (fireplace).
3. The igniter module in the fireplace is equipped with a device that can put the unit into a lockout state. Follow the steps in the chart below to
reset the control: Turn the ON/REMOTE/OFF switch to the OFF position, or turn the remote to the OFF position.
4. If this is the first time that the unit has been fired, check the wiring of the unit against the wiring diagram before commencing
troubleshooting.
