LOG PLACEMENT FOR BRT4036-B, BRT4336-B AND BRT4536-B
MODELS
1. Place small front right log (log 1) on right front of grate as shown
in
Figure 22
.
2. Place large back log (log 2) onto grate making sure notches rest
over grate as shown in
Figure 22
.
3. Place log 3 into notch on log 2, resting front end on top of log 1
(see
Figure 23
).
4. Place upper end of log 4 into notch on log 2 as shown in
Figure
23
. Rest lower end of log 4 onto middle grate fi nger as shown in
Figure 24
.
5. Place upper end of log 5 into notch on left of log 2
(see
Figure
24
).
Rest lower end of log 5 on grate as shown in
Figure 25
.
6. Insert lower end of log 6 between fi rst two grate fi ngers as
shown in
Figure 25
and position upper end of log 6 into notched
area on front of log 2 as shown in
Figure 25
.
As an option to enhance the look of the hearth, you may place the
volcanic stone provided around front and sides of burner.
NOTE
: It is important to ensure proper log placement per the manual
when installing these units. Verify pilot fl ame is not obstructed. See
Inspecting Pilot and Burner Flame Patterns on
Page 19
.

NOTICE: Do not put volcanic stone inside the burner
pan or around the air mixer fi tting. Placing volcanic
stone inside the burner pan or blocking the openings
of the propane/LP air mixer could cause performance
problems.
