SLOPE knob:  pH electrode slope adjustment knob, usually at pH4.00 or pH10.00 (invalid 
for ORP measurement) 

 

Note: When STDBY sign or pH sign is twinkling, it is valid to turn SLOPE knob. It is invalid

 

besides that in case that measuring values may be adjusted at random.

Under measurement mode, a short press is to select Hi/Lo set point control; while, an 

 

  extended press is to enter analog output setting and RELAY test. Measuring value and 

 

  analog output will remain what they were prior to HOLD status, and it ceases RELAY 

 

  control. 

(1) Release it after a short press to enter Hi/Lo set point control. How to press: pH 

  H1 

  L1

  pH/mV (It shows Hi & Lo indicators.) 

 

Enter H1: Hi set point control. It shows H1 twinkling on display and H1 set point can be set up by 

adjusting Hi knob to make a test for Hi indicator. Press MODE (Note 1) to store H1 set point 

value and then enter L1 set point control. It shows L1 twinkling on display and L1 set point can be 

set up by adjusting Lo knob to make a test for Lo indicator. Press MODE (Note 1) to store L1 set 

point value and then go back to measurement mode with RELAY, analog output on. 

 

(2) An extended press until it shows 4mA on display to enter analog output setting and RELAY 

test.  How  to  press:  pH/mV 

  4mA 

  20mA 

  H1(on) 

H1(off) 

  L1(on) 

  L1(off) 

  pH/mV 

 

Enter 4mA (analog output of 4mA), it shows 4mA on display. Press MODE to enter 20mA (analog 

output of 20mA) and it shows 20mA on display. Press MODE to enter H1(on): H1 RELAY test, it 

turns on H1 RELAY action and Hi indicator with on & H1 showing on display. Press MODE to 

enter H1(off) to turn off H1 RELAY action and Hi indicator with off & H1 showing on display. 

Press MODE to enter L1(on): L1 RELAY test, it turns on L1 RELAY action and Lo indicator with 

on & L1 showing on display. Press MODE to enter L1(off) to turn off L1 RELAY action and Lo 

indicator  with  on  &  L1  showing  on  display.  Press  MODE  to  return  measurement  mode  with 

RELAY, analog output on. 

 

Note 1: 

It is available to see Hi/Lo set point value after entering Hi/Lo set point control. It will go   

 

      back to measurement mode in 2 minutes with previous setting about set point control if   

 

      without any operation. 

 
Note 2: 

If a sign "                " and set point value are shown in turn on display, it means that Hi or 

 

      Lo knob has reached mechanical boundary or set point has been out of set range. Turn the 

 

      knob in a reverse way to its original position and resume control point setting. 

 

Note 3:

 After entering analog output setting and RELAY test, it will automatically return   

       

 

      measurement mode in 2 minutes if without any operation.

Note:

 It is valid to turn Hi or Lo knob only when H1 or L1 is twinkling on display. It is invalid 

 

besides that in case that RELAY may be adjusted at random.

RELAY indicator of Hi/Lo set point control 

 

Note: 

Hi set point is used to add acids or reductants, while Lo set point is used to add alkaline or 

 

oxidants.
