15.1) PRECAUTIONS
15.2) CHARACTERISTICS
1) This device offers automated greasing of the major friction parts of the machine for higher durability and
productivity.
2) This device detects embroidery stitches. When you reach the pre-set stitch, the machine stops for
automatic oiling.
3) Greasing points include needle bar on the head, take-up lever driver pin on the arm, needle bar driver lever
pin, needle bar driver axis, front bushing of the bed, and hook, and can be directly oiled by oiling hose.

4) Each part is oiled by a quantity-set valve, which enables consistent level of greasing every time.
1) Oiling amount varies according to the use of the machine. Increase the amount by
changing the set-up or by manual oiling.
2) Oiling pump will not operate in the case of oil shortage in the tank.
3) Use the SWF oil (Spindle Oil) or ISO-standard VG18.
4) This automatic oiling device does not absorb the oil already supplied.
Therefore, check if there remains oil in the lower part of the arm every once a month to
prevent pollution of the embroidery materials.
