CLEANING SCHEDULE - GENERAL
FREQ. INSTRUCTIONS
Daily
Wood / Laminate/ Painted Surfaces / Storage Areas, etc.:
Clean with a warm soap and
water solution and soft cloth. Never use wire cloth or abrasive cleaners on case.
Daily
Sanalite® Cutting Board:
•
Sanalite® cutting boards require very little maintenance. Use a clean cloth to thoroughly
wipe entire Sanalite® surface with hot water and soap solution on a regular basis. Rinse
with a spray bottle of clean water. Pat dry with clean cloth or paper towel.
•
For more severe stains or residue, remove from case and submerse in warm soapy water;
use soft-bristled brush to remove stains or residue. Rinse. Dry. Return to case rear.

Natural Quartz Surfaces:

Glass Sneeze Guard (Front/Sides/Top):
Clean with a household or commercial glass
cleaner. Dry with soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
Daily
Stainless Steel Work Surfaces:
•
Wash with a solution of hand dishwashing liquid detergent and water; or a solution of
baking soda and water. Rinse and polish dry with paper towel or soft cloth.
•
Never use scouring powders or steel wool as they will scratch stainless steel.
• Brighten by polishing with a cloth dipped in vinegar or in ammonia; sprinkle baking soda on
sponge and rub gently; rinse. Polish dry with paper towel.

Remove streaks or heat stains from stainless steel by rubbing with club soda.
