Setpoint Register table
The base address of the Setpoint registers are 1200 ( = 0x04B0).
The values have a precision of one decimal place, so you have to divide the transmitted value by 10 to get
the real value. To transmit a new value you have to multiply the real value by 10 and then transmit it.
