WEB-BASED MANAGEMENT

The IP Camera can also be controlled over the network / Internet using Microsoft Internet Explorer Web browser.

9.1 – LOG IN TO THE CAMERA

1.

Open Internet Explorer and enter the IP Camera’s address information in the address bar.
e.g. If your IP Camera’s address is 192.168.1.50, enter “http://192.168.1.50” and press enter.

You will be given the option of which mode to use, depending on your preferred browser. Please note, while
basic functionality should work in all listed browsers, certain features may be unavailable. It is
recommended to use Internet Explorer browser.

2.

You will be asked to log in using the default user name (admin) and password (blank). Once you have logged
in, you may see a yellow bar at the top of the Internet Explorer window stating “

This website wants to run

the following add-on...

”

Right-click on the yellow bar and click “Run add-on” to install the ActiveX control. Please wait a few
moments for the ActiveX to install, then the video feed from the camera will appear on-screen.
