Use

Checks and actions prior to commissioning

Braking with the single-pedal option

Braking using the brake pedal
– Toggle the drive switch and press the

accelerator pedal (2) to move the truck

forwards.

– Press the brake pedal (1).
The truck brakes progressively until the truck

comes to a complete stop.
Braking by releasing the accelerator pedal
– Use the drive switch located on the joystick

to set the direction of travel.

– Press the accelerator pedal (2) to move the

truck forwards.

– Release the accelerator pedal.

The truck brakes progressively until the truck

comes to a complete stop.
Braking by reversing the drive direction
– Toggle the drive switch located on the

joystick to set the direction of travel.

– Press the accelerator pedal (2) to move the

truck forwards.

– Move the drive switch in the opposite

direction.

– Keep the accelerator pedal depressed.
The truck brakes progressively and then

moves off in the opposite direction until the

desired speed has been reached.

NOTE

Also ensure that the stabiliser wheels operate

correctly. This inﬂuences braking effective-

ness.
