SECTION 10
CAMPING & OPERATING STARCRAFT TOWABLE
Slowly push the kitchen unit back to the
retracted position. Insert the front latch bolt
into the locking sleeve. Push the latch bolt to
the lock position (laying flat against the
cabinet). The latch bolt must be in the lock
position for travel. Close and secure the
exterior door.
Attaching the “quick coupler” connection
The “quick coupler” is directly connected to
the RV propane system. The “quick-coupler”
connection has a positive shut-off valve as
required by code and standards.
1. Place the “quick coupler handle in the
OFF position and push back the sleeve.
The valve handle must be OFF to make
the connection.
2. Insert the plug and release the sleeve.
3. Push the plug until the sleeve snaps
forward, locking the plug into the socket.
4. Turn the handle ON to allow propane to
flow to the drop in stove.

The BBQ grill is for use outside of the RV.
Never use this grill inside a compartment or
the RV. Before operating the BBQ grill, make
sure that it is securely placed on the support
bracket. The BBQ grill must be
COMPLETELY cooled before storing to avoid
damaging the carrying case (if so equipped)
and causing injury from handling the grill
when it is hot. Wait until the grill is completely
cooled, then store it.
See Attaching the quick coupler
connection
for propane hook up.
BBQ Grill Prep (if so equipped)
Your RV is equipped with a propane “quick-
coupler” connection and support bracket for
easy installation of the BBQ grill.

Depending on the kitchen layout of your RV,
you may have a pantry that you can use to
store items you wish to take with you as you
travel and camp. Ensure items stored in the
pantry are secured so they do not shift during
travel. The cabinetry has been designed to
accommodate the normal camping items (i.e.,
paper plates, flatware, cookware, etc.) which
are bulky but not necessarily heavy.
Remember your RV’s load capacity is
designed by weight, not volume, so you
cannot necessarily use all available space

The maximum weight limit for the bracket
on the side of your trailer is 50 lbs. This
limit includes the weight placed on the
BBQ gill. Exceeding this weight limit could
cause damage to the unit and possibly
cause personal injury from hot equipment.
Make sure that you read, understand and
follow all information supplied with your RV
about propane before operating the BBQ
grill. The propane hose must be correctly
connected before lighting the grill. Failure
to follow instructions supplied by the grill
manufacturer with your RV or to use any
other components than those originally
supplied with the grill could lead to death
or serious injury from fire or explosion.
Awnings must be closed (and locked if
applicable) while the RV is in transit.
