StarCharge shall not be liable in any way for damage. All warranties on both the product and
accessories shall become void under the following circumstances:
• The ambient temperatures during are below -30

C or above 50

C.
• The products have been installed wrong, subject to misuse or badly maintained.
• The instructions in manuals associated with operation and maintenance for the products(or
parts provided at the time of purchase) of the device have not complied.
• The products are used in the vicinity of explosive, highly flammable substances or in or near
water.
• There is a failure of the distribution network.
