Tubing must be made from a material that is compatible with fluid to be
sprayed, as well as rigid enough to work with the
1/4”
OD tube push

connect fittings that are supplied with nozzle assembly.
ATTENTION: Metallic tubing is not to be used as it will in-
terfere with the electrostatic fields and skew the spray or
potentially trip the AccuJet Electrostatic Controller. All fluid
must be run through a filter capable of removing 90
-
micron
particulates.
HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE
One side of the nozzle body has an electrode connector like the top of a
spark plug. This plugs into the boot on the high voltage cable. Inside the
rubber boot is a steel fastener. Be sure this fastener is firmly attached to the elec-
trode.
