Remove screws and washers from the main frame. Assemble the rear
frame (part #2) onto the main frame (part #1). See Fig. 1.
Loosely secure the screws and washers as shown in Fig. 2. At this moment,
do NOT tighten this hardware fully. Leave it somewhat loose.
