STEP 2.
Assemble the Display Pedestal (part #7) onto the Main Frame. Loosely
secure screw B in place but do not fully tighten it; Loosely secure screws C
in place but do not fully tighten them yet. Finally, tighten all screws (first B,
then C) to secure the Display Pedestal. Put the soft caps in place to cover
the screw heads. See Fig. 15.
