1.
Insert the left and right handles (18) into the seat.
2.
On each side, press in the spring pin (B) and the handle until it clicks into place.
3.
To remove the handle, press and hold the spring pin while pulling the handle.
Note: Remember to lay your head on the headrest during training.
You can adjust the headrest to your comfort level. Simply loosen both adjusting knobs (21) by
turning them counter clockwise. Move the neck rest up or down and align it to the openings.
Tighten the adjusting knobs by turning them clockwise.
