5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
Lay out all the parts of your AB Coach as shown in the explosion diagram (see p. 21).
CAUTION: This product may contain parts that are pre-lubricated ex factory. We recommend
protecting the floor or other objects that may come into contact with such parts with newspapers
or cloths.
WARNING: Before use, always make sure that all parts (screws, springs) are firmly tightened.

Attach the headrest’s cross bar (2) to the plastic inserts (4). Insert the plastic inserts onto
the back frame’s metal bars (5).

Attach the cross bars (2) and the back cushion (20) to the back frame (5).
3.
Fasten each connection with 1 spacer (6), 1 screw (3) and 1 screw (7).
