Spedo 2600 Pinless Cutter Operator Manual

-

Press TWIN CUT to toggle the double blade option ON/OFF. (Note: Double blade must be fitted)

-Press RESET FRAM VALUES to reset all user parameters (batch values etc.)
-Press CLEAR SERVICE CUTS to reset CUTS SINCE LAST SERVICE to 0.
-Press CHANGE SUPERVISER ACCESS CODE to change the supervisor password, which is used for protecting
the M-SPD values. The default setting for this is

123456.

-Press CHANGE ENGINEERING ACCESS CODE to change the engineer’s password, which is used to access
the ENGINEER screen. The default setting for this is

123456.

-Press CHANGE BLADE TYPE/TRIM to change from NARROW to STANDARD and also to change the cycle
time to optimise performance.

-

Press CHANGE BLADE TYPE to toggle between NARROW and STANDARD blades.

-

Press INCREASE TRIM to increase the blade cycle time to optimise the cutter to run with small
strip cut values.

-

Press DECREASE TRIM to decrease the blade cycle time to optimise the cutter to run with larger
strip cut values.

Note excessively small trim values will result in a blade cycle error.
