Spedo 2600 Pinless Cutter Operator Manual
OMR SETUP:
The Spedo 2600 Pinless Cutter requires a reference mark in order to maintain registration of the pinless
web. This can be any edge of dark print which must be a minimum size of 2mm x 2mm. This mark can be
anywhere on the form but must be repeated in the same place on every consecutive form. The mark
should ideally be placed in area with an amount of blank space around it; this window should be as large
as possible to ensure greater accuracy of registration at higher speeds.

On the OMR SETUP page the aspects of the job are shown in the graphic in the middle of the page.
C – Represents the CUT position.
S – Represents the SENSOR position.
Individual forms are shown between these two points.
OMR ENABLED – Press to enable or disable the sensor.
SENSOR ADJUST – Press to enter the SENSOR ADJUST screen.
OMR OFFSET – Position of the registration mark in millimetres or inches
OMR WINDOW – Largest amount of ‘free’ space around the mark.
