How to ensure customers know how to use services and get
assistance
Step 1:
Go through with the customer how to use the app and web interface. Information
regarding the use of these platforms can be found in the user manuals of each
respective platform. The customer should also be provided with manuals for the
platforms for future reference. Important things to cover with the customer are:

Arming and disarming
○
Setting schedules for the system to be active.
○
Setting the movement grid to detect specific events.
○
General navigation of the platforms
Step 2:
Provide the customer with contacts to get in touch with, in the case that their
systems are not performing.
Notes:
Number of bags of concrete to use:
For softer ground it is recommended to use a third bag of concrete when mounting the pole.
For example, if an install were being conducted on loose sand, 3 bags of concrete would be
recommended.
