concrete is consistently wet. Shovel dirt on top of the concrete to flatten out the area
and to cover the concrete.
Step 4:
Wait 10 – 15 minutes for the concrete to set before proceeding to the Winch Vertical
Pole section.

Step 1:
Attach the winch to the base pole as shown to the right
using 2 M15x235 bolts.
