Close the sea cock

Stop
”
to
bypass
the
purge
sequenc
e.
If

motor
starts,
press
Stop

mediately
and
press
the
Auto
run
and
stop
button
aga
in
unti
l
you
get
a
messa
ge
PURGE MODE BYPAS
SED.
5.
Press
the
Auto
Store
button
and
allow
the
fresh
water
flush
system
to
cycle
through
its
timed
operation.
Perform
5
consecutive
f
lushes
to
pur
ge
a
ll
of
the
storage
chem
icals
out
of
the
system
(20
minutes
to
tal
purgin
g).
If
you
get
a
SERVICE
PREFILTER
alarm,
the flush
water flow i
s not enough or the feed pump
is runn
in
g to fast.

Hook up your service hoses to the Clark Pump and the boost pump modu
le. Route them into
a
5
gallon
(20
Liter)
bucke
t.
Conn
ect
a
piec
e
of
1/4”
product
tubing
to
the
product
outlet
on
the feed pump module.
7.
Turn the valve on the boost pump module fro
m “
Run”
to
“Service.
”
8.
Press
auto
flush
one
or
two
more
times
to
get
enough
water
into
the
bu
cket
to
properly
mix
your
salt
water.
Close
the
pressure
relief
valve
and
start
the
system
usin
g
the
“
Auto
Run”
Button.

Confirm
the
solut
ion
concentration
using
a
hydrometer,

essure
reaches 100psi (7bar).
9.
Run
and
test
the
system
for
as
long
as
po
ss
ible.
Dur
in
g
the
run
test
carefully
inspect
for
leaks.
Check
all
of
the
system
parameters
to
make
sure
the
system
is
operatin
g
correctly.
Do not allow the water in the bucket to get abov
e 120F (50C).
10. Store the system per the
“Storage” instructions.
