After use
A few guidelines must be complied with when the work is complete; in order to make sure the flail mulcher is stable
when released from the tractor:
4.4.4.1 Move to the storage area of the flail mulcher, making sure that the supporting surface is flat and free from
obstructing material.
4.4.4.1 Place the flail mulcher on the ground by lowering the rear link arms of the tractor.
4.4.4.2 Switch the tractor off and engage the parking brake.
4.4.4.3
Before leaving the driver’s seat of the tractor remove the ignition key from the dashboard.
4.4.4.4 Disconnect the drive shaft that connects the gearbox with the tractor PTO.
4.4.4.5 Release the adjustable top link from the headstock top bracket by releasing the appropriate pins and split pins.
4.4.4.6 Release the chains and tensioners from the two lower link arms.
4.4.4.7 Release the pins from the lower link arms by releasing the relevant pins.

Climb into the driver’s seat of the tractor, start up and move the tractor away from the flail mulcher.
