-- the National Road Board of the town in which the journey starts as regards the national
road network;
-- the region as regards the rest of the road network.

Machine settings
A number of adjustments can be made on the flail mulcher to help the operator in the various working conditions that
may arise.
4.2.1
Adjustment of the skids and roller
Adjust the position of the skids so that the Widia teeth do not come out of the plane made by the two skids. In this way,
even if there are irregularities in the ground, the Widia teeth will not penetrate the ground itself. It is important to check
that the flail mulcher is perfectly parallel to the ground in order to obtain perfect operation.
