8.5 FLUE GAS FAN
The flue gas fan comprises a spiral housing with motor and is screwed to
the base plate of the ash box with 3 hexagon socket screws. The flue gas
fan is removed from the front.
• Remove the power plug from the socket.
• Remove the back wall, press the stove from the flue gas tube.
• Unscrew the cover plate of the fuse box.
• Disconnect the 5-pin Undo the plug connector of the flue gas fan.
• Remove the flue gas temperature sensor.
• Dismantle the front covering panel.
• Undo the 3 hexagon socket screws and remove the flue gas fan from
the stove housing.
• Unscrew the motor from the spiral housing
The assembly is carried out in the reverse order
Note: the flue gas fan must be completely removed. The motor should only
be dismantled after that for cleaning the spiral housing. This procedure
makes the correct positioning of the motor in the spiral housing easier when
assembling.
Attention:
do not bend the fins of the flue gas fan when cleaning. This
would lead to running and clattering noises during operation.
8.4 IGNITING ELEMENT
The igniting element comprises igniter cartridge and igniter tube.
• Remove the power plug from the socket.
• Remove the back wall.
• Unscrew the cover plate of the fuse box.
• Disconnect the 2-pin plug connection from the igniter element.
• Remove the geared motor.
• Remove the combustion air supply (4 screws)
• Remove the hose connection, ATTENTION, not the position, do not mis-
take when re-attaching! See circuit diagram X2 in the appendix
• If necessary, unscrew and remove the entire flexible aluminium tube
• Unscrew the ignitor element from the ignitor tube.
The assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
